Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or replace your product(s).

For damaged or defective products, BabyCanGoToo will pay the return shipping costs. If the product(s) were damaged during shipping, please include the original shipping package with the return. All damages must be reported within 5 days.

For merchandise that is unwanted, unused and resalable please return the product(s) to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with the packaging . Please be aware that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Email us with the reason you are returning the item(s) and to receive a return authorization number. We will only accept returns with proper authorization. Merchandise received from unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to stock with no credits given.

Shipping

Baby Can Go Too may ship your order in multiple packages from more than one location. We currently offer UPS shipping as the preferred carrier and restrict delivery to the United States. Contact us if additional shipping options are important to you, and we'll add services as demand warrants.

How much does shipping cost?
We strive to keep your shipping costs as affordable as possible. Baby Can Go Too will calculate your shipping cost when you complete your order and proceed to checkout - before you enter any payment information. Any free shipping promotions are for standard UPS ground with in the United States except for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

How long does it take?
Baby Can Go Too usually ships orders within 3 days. Shipments typically require 2-7 business days from the shipped date to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders do not enter 'shipped' status until UPS physically picks the package(s) up from the warehouse.

Oversize Items
We can ship oversize items, such as most strollers, only to street addresses in the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). They can't be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside the United States

Can I have my order shipped to more than one address?
No, everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

I only received part of my order. What's going on?
Don't panic! Everything is probably fine. Sometimes we "split" your order into two or more shipments because one part of it is oversize or simply because we ship from multiple locations. You'll only pay the base shipping charge for your order once, even if it's split into several shipments.

What is the status of my order?
We will send you an email notifying you when your order is shipped and include tracking information. If you still have questions, please email us. We will respond within one business day.
